February is LGBT+ History Month, and this year’s theme is Science & Innovation.

But here’s the challenge: the stories of LGBT+ scientists and innovators who’ve driven breakthroughs remain less known. The scientific community hasn’t always been inclusive, and there’s still much to be done to ensure research and innovation is truly representative.
