The New RSHE Guidance: Addressing Harmful Sexual Behaviour

TO BE CONFIRMED

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the webinar ‘The New RSE Guidance: Addressing Harmful Sexual Behaviour’ on June 17th is being postponed. We understand how important the advice and support around these areas is, so are working to ensure we can deliver this session to you as early as possible in September. We will be in contact when we have a new date for this session.

You can still use the form to sign up and we will reach out to you when we have a new date for the session.

Description of the CPD session:

The updated RSHE guidance places increased focus on identifying and responding to harmful sexual behaviour in secondary settings.

This 30 minute online webinar will support all teachers to confidently address:

  • Understanding harmful sexual behaviour in adolescents
  • Responding to sextortion and image-based abuse
  • The rising concerns around strangulation and associated risks
  • Safeguarding responsibilities and proportionate responses
  • Embedding preventative education within your RSHE curriculum

Ideal for PSHE Leads, DSLs, SLT, PD Leads and pastoral staff, this webinar will provide practical, legally informed guidance to strengthen whole-school approaches and ensure compliance with the new statutory expectations.
