Understanding the New Ofsted Framework: Guidance and Support for School Leaders

Life Lessons has been closely following the developments of the new OFSTED framework, and what this means for Primary and Secondary schools, especially in the areas of Personal Development, Inclusion and Wellbeing. 

On 25th November 2025 Life Lessons will be hosting a webinar to support leaders to understand the changes in the framework and what it means for your PD/ PSHE leadership. 

In this webinar, we will:

• reflect on what the new framework looks like
• share ideas for making the best use of the toolkit
• ways that leaders can feel prepared for inspection
• strategies to protect their own and their staff’s wellbeing as much as possible.
