Schools have a responsibility to empower both students and staff to report instances of sexual violence and harassment, and to continuously work toward fostering a healthy school environment where such behaviours are challenged and not normalised. They also have a duty to educate students on digital literacy and protect them from online risks and harms. However, teachers frequently tell us they lack confidence in addressing these issues and leading discussions on these topics.
Join Georgina Phillips from the NEU, Jessica Ringrose from UCL, and Tanya Horeck from ARU as we launch a new, comprehensive, and freely accessible online course for educators. Developed by Life Lessons, this course is based on the latest research into digital harms and image-based sexual violence.
To participate, register using the form below. A recording of the session will be made available to all registrants.
