Anxiety Toolkit

One issue that is constantly reoccurring in our conversations with schools is around stress and anxiety amongst students since Covid-19 and the high levels of emotionally based school avoidance.

To help support teachers we have created an Anxiety Toolkit. This toolkit contains x4 resources to help you support students suffering from anxiety or stress. The toolkit includes:

  • A poster on 8 signs that someone is suffering from anxiety
  • A poster on 5 tips to help reduce stress and anxiety
  • An infographic on how to start a conversation with a student about anxiety and stress
  • An infographic on what emotionally-based school avoidance is and reasons why a student may avoid school or their classes.
