Join us during Eating Disorder Awareness Week for this timely drop-in session focused on how schools can play a vital role in preventing eating disorders and supporting affected students.
Jenny Tomei, a personal trainer, nutritional therapist and eating disorder coach, will open the session by sharing practical insights on how schools can support young people with eating disorders, alongside proactive strategies to reduce the risk of these disorders developing in the first place. Following Jenny’s presentation, the Life Lessons team will showcase our curriculum resources designed to provide age-appropriate preventative education around body image, healthy relationships with food, and emotional wellbeing.
The session will conclude with an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your school’s approach to wellbeing or seeking practical resources to address these sensitive topics, this session will provide valuable guidance and support.
